I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, with the Quay, botanic garden, and main attractions just a stone's throw away. It made it so much easier for me to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay here! The location was super close to all the main attractions, including the Quay and the botanic garden. Plus, it was just a short walk to St. James station, making it really convenient to get around. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always available to help. They even offered car hire and grocery shopping services, which was really convenient. The housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel had a laundry service as well. We loved the welcome drink and the tours and ticket assistance provided. The room amenities, like the heating and air conditioning, were perfect. We also enjoyed the terrace with its comfortable garden furniture. this place had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, but I wouldn't say it was the cheapest option in town. However, considering the enhanced comfort and quality services provided, it's definitely worth the price.

The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day and saved us money. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We also had access to a nearby cafe which was an added bonus.
The common spaces were often crowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax. the kitchen was also small and disorganized, making it difficult to cook our own meals.

Secondly, the staff here are so friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms are basic but clean, and the breakfast included is a nice touch. the spacious room provided comfortable beds with clean bathrooms, as well as a complimentary breakfast that was a pleasant start to the day. the friendly staff made our stay very accommodating and enjoyable. the on-site leisure activities offered a great opportunity to relax and meet fellow guests.
One issue we encountered was that fridge space was limited and sometimes unorganized, making it difficult to store food properly.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great time. The breakfast included delicious toast with Nutella and they had a huge kitchen with laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful with check-in. The location was unbeatable, with many attractions within walking distance. the bathrooms were plentiful and always clean.
Although the hotel had many positives, there were also some negative aspects. The stairs were not clean and the bunk beds did not have USB connections.
